PactFresh is a handheld, rechargeable vacuum sealer that removes air from bags, containers, and jars to keep your food fresh for up to 7x longer than standard storage. It's compact, cordless, and works with what you already have in your kitchen — no proprietary bags required.

Place the nozzle over the valve or opening of your bag or container, press the button, and PactFresh's vacuum pump removes the air in under 30 seconds. The device automatically stops when the optimal vacuum level is reached. For bags, use any vacuum-compatible bag with a valve. For jars, pair with our Jar Sealer attachment.

Avoid sealing very wet or liquid-heavy foods directly — use a container or jar for soups and sauces.

No proprietary bags required. PactFresh works with any standard vacuum-seal bag that has a valve opening. You can also use it with reusable silicone bags, containers with compatible lids, and glass jars (with our Jar Sealer attachment). We sell a 50-pack of Vacuum Seal Bag Refills if you want a ready-to-go supply.

A full charge gives you approximately 60–80 seals, depending on bag size and the amount of air being removed. Most households find a single charge lasts 1–2 weeks of regular use. The LED indicator shows remaining battery level.

PactFresh charges via USB-C — the same cable you use for most modern phones and devices. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. You can charge it from any USB port, power bank, or wall adapter. A USB-C cable is included in the box.

We ship all orders from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more products. For single-item orders, standard UK delivery is a flat £3.99. All orders include full tracking.

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to Europe and other regions soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item. Email us at hello@pactfresh.com or use our contact page.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PactFresh products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Bag Refills are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@pactfresh.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop it at your nearest Royal Mail collection point

That's it — we handle the rest.

Once we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for your bank to process the credit. We'll email you a confirmation when the refund is issued.

If your PactFresh arrives faulty or develops a defect within the first 12 months, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Contact us with a brief description of the issue and we'll ship a replacement immediately. You don't need to return the faulty unit first.

Yes! If you'd like to swap your purchase for a different item (e.g. exchange Bag Refills for a Jar Sealer), contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange the exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the balance.

Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. For the nozzle, remove it gently and rinse under warm water — let it air dry completely before reattaching. Never submerge the main unit in water or put it in the dishwasher. A quick wipe after each use keeps it in top condition.

Store PactFresh in a cool, dry place — a kitchen drawer is perfect. It's compact enough to fit in most cutlery drawers. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources. If you won't be using it for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storing.

PactFresh is designed for dry and semi-dry foods. For liquids like soups, sauces, or marinades, we recommend pouring them into a rigid container or jar and sealing the lid with PactFresh (using the Jar Sealer attachment). Avoid vacuuming liquids directly in bags — the liquid can be drawn into the pump and cause damage.

PactFresh's sealing channel is 300mm (30cm) wide, which accommodates most standard food bags. For larger items, you can seal them in sections or use larger vacuum-compatible bags that are folded to fit.

For the best results:

• Dry the bag opening — moisture on the seal area can weaken the vacuum
• Leave 5–8cm of space between the food and the bag opening
• Don't overfill — leave room for the bag to compress around the food
• Freeze delicate items first — berries, bread, and cake hold their shape better when sealed frozen
• Double-seal for long storage — run the seal cycle twice for extra security

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pactfresh.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes if you reach us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our 30-day policy.
